In order for a student organization to become registered or maintain registration, the following items must be completed:
1) The organization must have an approved name and organizational purpose,
2) The organization must have at least four signatories. Signatories can be currently registered students, faculty, and staff. Each organization must have at least two student signatories. Signatories are authorized representatives of the organization that voluntarily assume responsibility for the activities and conduct of the organization. In order to become a signatory, an individual must agree to the terms of becoming a signatory and successfully pass the signatory quiz. Once an individual has successfully completed the quiz in an academic year, they do not need to re-take the quiz to become a signatory for another organization, and
3) The organization must have an approved constitution on file with the Center for Student Leadership and submit any amendments or changes made to the document to the Center for Student Leadership.
