The procedures related to implementing the Code of Student Conduct have been developed to reflect the needs of the campus community, while considering appropriate individual circumstances of each student. The conduct process is intended to be an administrative process with educational outcomes, and is not mean to be criminal process. These procedures are designed to assess whether a student's behavior violated the Code of Student Conduct and what the consequences for that should be.
